It was my first time having reflexology today. Amy was so warm and welcoming and put me at ease from the minute I walked in the door. Her studio is absolutely gorgeous and so inviting with lovely shades of cream and sage green. The treatment itself was just beautiful. There was soft piano music playing in the background, Amy had me inhale lavender essential oil to begin with and spoke in a soft voice explaining what she was going to do. I wished I had someone to drive me home afterwards as I didn’t want to rouse my relaxed state. I 100% will be back again.
