Refine Wellness is a jewel in north Edmonton. Amanda is a great massage therapist. She is interested in fitness training ,working with all her clients to address areas of concern. There is plenty of parking and the room and business are always clean. All insurance companies are accepted.

I have been driving to the west end for over two years because I have been able to find a good massage therapist in the north. I am so glad I found Amanda, she is my new go to!!! Everything from pressure to professionalism to the ambience was 10/10. Would recommend to everyone!!! I will no longer be driving to the west end.

It's been great going there. I've been going there for massage therapy for sciatica. Amanda's been super. She takes the time to explain stuff and showed me some home exercises to compliment the therapy. They all are super professional there and also have great personalities and attitudes.

When you book for an hour - it's a full hour of massage - Not missing the few moments before as you are in the room getting ready for your massage. The active release techniques, knowing when more pressure and less pressure is warranted, and knowing how just the body is put together helps target my problem areas effectively. I would recommend Refine Wellness. :)
