The room was lovely, great ambiance , soft background music playing, nice and warm and just the right lighting. The treatment was terrific, so relaxing and I felt so much better afterwards. I had the ultimate package. The products smelled gorgeous and the massage was just the right intensity. Louise explained everything, so I knew exactly what to expect. She was very professional but also friendly and put me at ease. Would definitely recommend.

Had an acupuncture treatment by Camille, and really enjoyed the whole experience. Camille gave advice on which acupuncture treatment she would recommend for which benefit I was after, and explained what she was doing as she was doing it. The studio is well set up and clean, and has a relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely be returning and highly recommend!

What a wonderful experience I had today at the sanctum wellbeing. I had the essential oil facial and head massage with neck back and shoulder massage. The room is so cosy, comfortable and beautiful. I was so relaxed, could have stayed there all day. Louise is so friendly, calming and a fantastic therapist. Can’t wait to try the other treatments on offer x

Had a reflexology treatment and loved it! Found the whole thing really relaxing, and the foot scrub was a welcome added touch to help me feel relaxed and pampered. Left with a better wellbeing than when I went in. Highly recommend

I had a wonderful cranial massage by Camille who was warm, friendly, put me at ease at once and provided the best therapy I have ever experienced! My tense neck and shoulder muscles finally began to relax after months of stress and the head and face massage was truly healing. Camille provided a professional, reassuring acupuncture treatment. The needles were inserted without discomfort and I felt very relaxed throughout and then wide awake afterwards. A lovely experience. I have booked another treatment as I enjoyed it so much. I think Camille has a wonderful approach to the provision of her treatments. Very highly recommend her services.

This cold weather has been playing up my 2 year old ankle injury. Struggling to walk more that 2k steps a day. Great foot reflexology session yesterday and so far I'm on 8600 steps. Bit of sunshine and foot reflexology is doing wonders.

Wow, had the most wonderful treatment, a whole hour and half of an aromatherapy facial and Indian head massage. Louise talked me through the treatment at every step, she encouraged me to relax ‘ I had a back massage which was so good. And finished off with a hand massage. I’ve never had an Indian head massage but it was lush. I think if you are going to look after your well-being , pampering yourself to a treatment like this once a month should be on the top of your to do list. Thank you
