Fiz is an excellent and very knowledgeable lady. The experience and service are always great at NeoClinic with Fiz. She looks after the customers really well and is a lovely friendly lady. I have rosacea and I have often treatment done by Fiz. Since I have been coming at the clinic and follow the skin routine advice by Fiz my skin is amazing, no flares up or redness. It’s the healthiest has ever been and soft thanks to her. There are lots of treatments to enjoy at Neoclinic and they are at very affordable price. I have also enjoyed a back massage, very relaxing and Fiz did it brilliantly.

Easy to book, lovely welcome on arriving. Professional chat and medical forms completed . Then a gorgeous and relaxing massage. Kept checking in with me, very skilled and knows how to get those tension and knots at bay. So soothing almost had a nap. Feel wonderful afterwards.

I had an amazing experience with Lindsey at Neo Elegance Skin Clinic yesterday. I had the NEW HydroCLEANSE treatment and it was very relaxing. Lindsey was fantastic, she explained me the treatment as she went along and showed how knowledgeable and passionate she is about skincare. My skin is very dry and I knew I had to change the skincare. Had an afternoon tea package with two treatments. Sophie was absolutely amazing, very professional and talented with her hands, definitely felt a release of tension after my massage. The medi pedi left my feet feeling soft and light. The bespoke facial was also brilliant, very relaxing and left my skin feeling fresh and hydrated with a radiant glow. Overall a Lovely Ambience, friendly and welcoming staff and the afternoon tea in the relaxation room was a perfect ending. A lovely experience would definitely recommend.

Had the Indian head massage with the lower leg and foot massage included. Fiz really worked out my tension in my neck and the head massage was very relaxing. The leg and foot was amazing. I am very particular about my head massages and found in the past that other practitioners didn't apply the correct pressure but Fiz was bang on with her pressure. Would recommend this massage very highly. 5 star treatment.
