I had a great experience at Urban Spa. The space is really nice with lots of thoughtful details that made it feel calm and welcoming. I had a back massage and an Indian head massage, both of which were really relaxing. I’d definitely recommend!

I had an amazing full body massage with Jen whic was the perfect way to wrap up my Christmas break. From start to finish, Jen’s skill and attentiveness were truly exceptional. She was able to apply just the right amount of pressure—firm where needed, yet gentle and relaxing in other areas. It was evident she really listened to my body and adjusted her technique accordingly. The new location was also fantastic—cozy, welcoming, and with a serene atmosphere that made me feel completely at ease the moment I walked in. It felt like a personal retreat, and I left feeling refreshed, relaxed.

The new venue is beautiful. You can see how much thought and hard work has gone into it. Hannah was really friendly and made me feel so welcome, as always. Jennifer was my masseuse for today’s treatment. It was a fantastic experience. The Indian head massage made to fill like I swimming with a gentle flow. Recommend very much.

It was my fist massage experience at the LC2 with Hannah. I tried the neck and shoulders massage and Indian head massage. I left the room very relaxed feeling how the blood is circulating in the massaged areas. I also asked to apply more pressure, and it was done for me. Thank you so much.

I visit Therapies First quite regularly and always have the best experience! I've had everything from Lash Lifts to Reflexology and Massage and the treatment and service is always fantastic. I've been to other places in the area and I always come back to Liisa because the results are always second to none. Cannot recommend Liisa enough and I look forward to my next visit 💛
