Nikki has prepared well to enable her to reopen in the current climate and I felt confident and comfortable in the clinic setting as a result of the measures she has put in place. Had my second visit for a massage today, I held off doing a review after my first visit in case my positive experience was a one off, I didn't need to. Nikki from day one, (when I contacted her via email to book and explained why) has been great. I get very anxious about meeting new people and going to a new enviroment/place and I have several health issues. Both occasions I've been made to feel welcome with no pressure and the treatment I have had so far has done exactly what I wanted and needed it to do. If like me u a worried first timer to this treatment, I highly recommend Nikki
