Went for a deep tissue massage after experiencing pain in my right shoulder. Iwona was great and really knowledgeable about how muscles nerves and tendons all interlink across the body. She showed me on wall charts what was happening and got to work sorting things out. I was really pleased with the results and will be going back to ensure I don't get any repeat of this pain.

I just came home, pain free after my second visit in 2 weeks to the Body Alignment studio. Chrosphero has worked extremely hard using different techniques to ease the pain in my knee and arm...dry needling and remedial massage to name a few, boy does he have some skills, Chros is a talented professional and I can't tell you how much I have appreciated his expertise in helping me improve my range of movement and easing my pain, I will be back to maintain his good work and would definitely recommend Chros and his team especially Lyn who made me feel at ease throughout the whole treatment. 🙌🏼

The service I recieve is excellent, each time I attend the benefits shine through, I will continue with treatment for as long as is required, the difference in me now from 6 months ago is all down to the fantastic massage treatment I recieve and the benefit to me is making a massive difference., I would highly recommend Yvonne at Body Alignment
