Loved my hot stone massage. Joy listened to my target areas and the massage was so grounding and relaxing. Hale is so luxurious with the sauna and plunge pool beforehand and the refreshments in the lounge after.

My therapist marita (sp?) was amazing…the venue was fabulous. Didn’t realise I could access the spa and sauna prior to my appointment but good to know for next time…really great highly recommend

Hale Spa is class all the way. The pampering started with a nice warm welcome from the receptionist and a relax in the excellent sauna/spa pool area, followed by a truly wonderful massage by the lovely Hasina. It finished off with nice nibbles and some interesting cool health waters in the very pretty outside lounge pergola area. Everything, from the towels and robes to the building itself, was beautifully clean and luxurious. T'was a memorable experience!

The best spa experience in Canberra, for sure. I had my first visit today, based on word of mouth, and the word was right. Had a 2 ritual package with relaxing massage and basic facial. Jocelyn, my therapist, gave a great massage with just the right amount of pressure and she found the right spots. My facial made my face glow, the plunge pool and sauna were great, and the lounge was very relaxing. I honestly could have stayed many more hours, just lolling around, had I time on my side. I will return.

Wish I had realised I could use the sauna and plunge pool before my hot stone massage, looked really lovely. The massage itself was good but different to what I’m typically used to with hot stones, they were not used a lot for the actual massaging but thankfully the therapist had fabulous normal massage skills.

The treatment itself was lovely, Lin was excellent. I was confused by the use of the sauna/steam room before the treatment only. The lounge was peaceful and quiet but the upholstery needs cleaning/updating.

The facilities was good, but unfortunately some of the the facilities weren’t working. The steam rooms and saunas weren’t working, and the water in the plunge pool was not very warm. The lounge water fountain wasn’t working and only drinks were for purchase, had to ask for a drink of water. The facilities are what separates Hale from the rest of the spas around town so it needs to work.

The premises felt a little tired and the locker/changeroom area could have been cleaner. However, it was lovely to relax before and after my treatment in the lounge. I would suggest black tea and coffee are also offered instead of only herbal tea. My facial was luxurious and super relaxing, on a VERY comfortable bed. My therapist was skilled and made me feel totally at ease.

Very welcoming, my experience was very relaxing. The lymphatic massage, combined with dry brushing and to finish off with a body wrap sauna was so refreshing and awakening. I was in and out of sleep and the body wrap sauna was fantastic!

I love Hale! Every part of the experience has been really well thought out and beautifully done. Always love using the plunge pool and sauna before, and lounge after my treatment. And of course the treatments themselves are always pure bliss! I think my technician this time was Lynn (apologies if I got that wrong) who was wonderful!

The entire experience was wonderful; from the sauna, steam room & plunge pool to the massage & afterwards in the lounge. The massage from Missy was fabulous- she was professional, polite & had a lovely manner and was the best masseur.

Hale Spa is an amazing experience. From the moment you walk in, the friendly reception staff make you feel welcome and guide you through the facilities. If you get there early, take advantage of the sauna and spa as it’s the perfect way to unwind before your treatment. I had the spa’s signature massage with Joy, and she definitely lived up to her name. She’s got serious skills and a holistic approach that leaves you feeling brand new. The whole experience was pure bliss and I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

Had a wonderful relaxing time at Hale spa today. Before my Ritual treatment I was able to use the plunge pool, sauna and steam room as well as the iced shower which was helpful for my sore muscles. My therapist Joslyn was incredible. I had the best massage and facial to date. Would 10/10 recommend her. Thank you for a lovely experience.
