I went for an infrared sauna and a massage in a massage chair. The massage chair was unexpectedly fantastic (not like the airport ones at all, which is what I half expected it to be), the infrared sauna was good too, although its effect remains to be seen. The set-up is utilitarian so don't expect a spa experience, and there aren't any showers (which I knew beforehand). This suited me absolutely fine! I'll definitely be back. 4 stars because there were no hooks for clothes in the changing rooms, which had to go on the floor. Not a good first impression!

Amazing experience. I’m traveling a lot for work and have been visiting a lot of different Thai massage in Europe. This was probably the best one. After 30 min of sauna ( included in the price ) I had a shower and went for the massage itself. For once I had chosen a Swedish massage which was perfectly performed by Didi. I understand they are also a training center for future massagist and I know why. Will surely visit them again next time I am in London. 👍👍👍👍👍

This was my second visit and the 1hr deep tissue massage was excellent, very thorough and sorted my back out which is why I came in. Was greeted with a hot cup of tea after the massage as well while I waited for my sister’s massage to finish which was a lovely touch. I will come back again and again!

Lovely vibe and so friendly. Very professional masseuse. Did the couples Thai Oil Deep Tissue massages and felt so relaxed after. Also asked if there were any injuries or painful areas etc. Thank you Benjawan staff. We will be back!

The service and equipment are fantastic! However, the staff can sometimes seem a bit inconsistent, swinging between being incredibly friendly and engaging to a little distant.

Great massage from Samita and I was able to use the sauna for half an hour before my massage which was amazing!

I’ve had a stiff neck and upper back for three days & felt a lot of pain when rotating my head. After my massage, majority of the pain was alleviated! Will definitely be coming back. They also give you access to sauna before or after the treatment, very relaxing.

It is very modern and technologically advanced. Meta was very helpful and communicative. She enhanced my experience 10fold.

Joel was excellent. 60 min deep tissue after a squash tournament and really worked out the knots. Also enjoyed a sauna beforehand.

Bee is very knowledgeable and an intuitive massage technician. The space ins very clean, calm vibe for the nervous system. Bonus: a sauna and shower to rinse off really topped of the experience and ease of going on with the days obligations.
