Saara is very knowledgeable and has a strong sense of professionalism, duty of care and expertise in quality skin care, long term planning to achieve results. A heavenly experience. From the easy booking to the detailed consultation by getting an up close zoomed viewing of my hair health. Not rushed. One of the most greatest shoulder, neck and head massage. Plus the overall experience was so extra and made me feel so relaxed. This was truly such a wholistic pampering session. Well deserved break for this mumma.

I had been wanting to get laser done for a while but felt very hesitant due to having sensitive skin. However, when I found out Luminous SLC offered pain-free hair removal suitable for sensitive skin, I decided to give it a go! Donna was highly experienced and constantly ensured I was comfortable. It was not painful and my skin tolerated it very well. I can already see results and cannot wait for my next session ! Thank you so much :)
