The lady who attended to me was really nice and welcoming. Made me feel really comfortable about my skin which I haven’t been for months and took the time to explain what could be going on with my skin and the treatment plan available for me. She had a look at my skin care products and also advised me on products to use and those not to use as it may worsen my skin problems. Can’t wait to start treatment ASAP.

My experience with HIFU treatment was good and the staff was nice, especially the manager, Nebras, who was very kind.

My experience today was fantastic! All members of staff were very professional, welcoming, communication was excellent also coordination of treatment was not pushy,. The prices are a little high but then I Ican help myself with the friend referral ,perhaps, being disabled, and a pensioner. 11 out of 10 for Mousa. My first visit at Nabras Clinic. Easy to reach as opposite Westfields and a short walk from Shepherds Bush underground station. The clinic is very clean, beautifully designed and very welcoming. Nabras was excellent. She explained everything to me in detailed and was very professional. I had the CO2 laser. I was very nervous but she made me feel at ease and comfortable. The treatment went very smoothly and with very little discomfort. In for my next treatment in the new year. Feel very positive about the outcome. Highly recommend to use Nabras clinic. Great experience!

Nebras was very nice and knowledgeable about the proceduces (I had Fractional CO2 Laser) and put my mind at rest to what was a very good treatment!

The front of house staff were accommodating, polite and friendly. The aesthetic treatment was extremely professional as I have come to expect from Dr Rolla. The general ambience, given it’s a new site is lovely, though in this instance being my second attendance, the washroom facilities were not up to standard and could be improved.

I was very impressed with the layout, it looked clean, professional and stylish. The massager Noora was friendly and very helpful. The room was rather calm to lie in and the massage felt great and relaxing. I also felt the effects immediately as it helped elevate some of the pain in my feet right after the treatment and after some time, the most of the pain went away.
