As my regular facial therapist away. I had a session with Widyan. It was a calming and relaxing experience from start to finish. The facial treatment involved a very light and gentle touch, which made it incredibly soothing. Back to Resplandor after a break, super glad to be back! SHR treatment was painless, and I felt comfortable throughout. The facial was equally amazing. Eleanor was professional & attentive, she made sure to check in with me and inform me of each step so there were no surprises—whether it was the heat from the treatment or the coolness of the mask and moisturiser. I’ve been with Resplandor since 2023 for underarm SHR, and the results have been amazing! My underarm hair growth has slowed down drastically—I didn’t even need to shave before my appointment. Today’s session was attended by Hajar, who was incredibly sweet, attentive, and genuine. She adjusted the SHR machine multiple times to ensure the session was both effective and completely painless. During the underarm brightening process, she explained each step thoroughly, so there were no surprises with the different sensations. Really glad I found Resplandor!

Had the classic maintenance facial done by Widyan today, I always enjoy my facials here. The environment is cozy, staff here are friendly and no hard selling at all. At the end of every session they will give tailored advise for your skincare routine depending on your skin condition that day. I do feel that my skin is well maintained as well!
