I am a regular client and would not go to anywhere else. Farrah is a true professional Everything is explained in great detail and you feel very safe and comfortable. What an amazing man! Ian was so thorough in finding and giving the right treatments to help my blackhead prone and congested skin. He adjusted it after seeing me face to face (this was my 1st appointment) He was so gentle and talked through everything he was doing and has given me lots of advice and what to do next. I'm so excited for my next appointment! Very knowledgeable and instantly you can tell he loves what he does! Had my first facial with Ian today and so pleased with the results! I'm breastfeeding which really impacts the products that I can use, Ian was really knowledgeable and gave lots of great advice. Just had my first treatment of profhilo. Farrah is very lovely and made me feel at ease instantly as I was very nervous. The injections sting but bearable. Recovery was fine, I had no bruises, maybe a few tiny red dots that were barely visible but disappeared after a couple of hours. I can already see the difference softer skin on my face and a nice brighter complexion. I will be returning in a months time for the second treatment.

Farrah was amazing, professional and friendly. I had my eyebrows done due to overplucking when I was younger in which they never grew back, she listened to what I wanted and hit the nail on the head so perfectly that to anyone else, they can’t tell they’re not my own eyebrows but at the same time, you can now actually SEE my eyebrows! Barbara has been looking after my mature skin for many years now during which time I have had a number of compliments on my complexion. She is very professional with a lovely warm personality.

Aman is very professional in her work. I trusted her to work on my mole that started to irritate me as it had become slightly more bigger (nothing of concern, similar to water retention) and awkward because of where it was, just under my breast. After treatment when the scab fell off, two weeks later the skin area was smooth as the rest. I am so pleased, although Aman suggested a second minor treatment so it almost disappears. I have under a hour’s journey by car to Lush Beauty, and it’s worth the peace of mind. Thank you Aman.
