Nicky was excellent so the 5* is for him. However the room was VERY noisy. Might as well have had the massage in reception. There needs to be a total rethink of how to deal with noise in the space. I could hear everything and zero attempt for staff to keep the noise down. At one point for about 10 mins I had to lie listening to a kid making lots of noise as well as hearing every person arrive and general chat. I think quiet is essential for a massage and I would 100% expect that when booking a massage anywhere so although Nicky is a definite 5* for the rest of the experience I’d give it 1*

Airie was amazing! I had the headspa and almost fell asleep because her massage got rid of all my tension 💆🏼‍♀️ the haircut she gave me was exactly what I asked for. 10/10!

I thoroughly enjoyed my short treatment with Shannon. I was so relaxed and cosy it was a miracle I could peel myself off the massage table. MASAJ's space within Pfeffer Sal is so intimate and warm. I'll be back. I'll be one snoring.

This was the second time Hero did my head spa. It was amazing and everyone here is just so lovely. The small touches really make it a lovely experience. Hero did a full scalp and hair analysis and talked me through each step of the spa. I cannot recommend it enough-the head massage is just so relaxing and you get a neck and shoulder massage too.

The venue is very luxurious. The staff are very friendly and helpful, particularly the receptionists. My masseur was equally friendly and polite. He saw me on time. He gave me a massage that was suitable to my physical ailments and ensured that the massage was at the pressure that I wanted. Afterwards I made use of their array of spa facilities. I used their dry and wet saunas, their Moroccan steam room, their jacuzzi and their salt room. So, overall because of the venue, the staff, my masseur and the array of spa facilities I would highly recommend this spa venue to anybody.

So nice/welcoming/relaxing! The staff was lovely, the space beautiful and the massage itself was excellent; making my slightly tight upper back and neck muscles feel all supple again. I will 100% book again!

Winston is a serious talent. I receive a lot of bodywork and I was completely blown away. I have lower back pain and hip tightness and he was so brilliant at helping these areas to feel relief. Also this was my first time at the Soho branch and I LOVED it. What a space to receive massage in. Thank you so much Winston and also Kars on the front desk too. I felt so looked after.

There was a a delay as my therapist wasn’t feeling well. All fine, the therapist who stepped in (Simon) was amazing, massage was perfect and he was very intentional and responded perfectly to my body and knew when to apply more or less pressure. Conversation level was great, we chatted which is my preference but he also left space for silence when I needed to focus on my breathing and centre myself. I asked for feedback as we went to understand problem areas which he provided throughout. The team also offered a discount for the delay at the beginning. 10/10 experience overall ♥️

It was my first visit. And I am surprised. Master Hiroki was very gentle with the massage and hair spa. I had a deep relaxation all day. I'm also very happy with my haircut. Easy to style and looks nice. I think I've found my place; highly recommended.

Shanna is a brilliant massage therapist. Incredibly knowledgeable and intuitive. Wished treatment time was the length booked but understand there is some pre/post care to deal with. Think actual treatment was 45 mins as opposed to the 60 mins booked but enjoyed it nonetheless. The ‘tailored to you’ vibe is amazing, will be back for sure!

I had the best experience of head spa with Hiroki. He was certainly the best in his work. From treatment to massage. After the spa. He gave me shoulder massage too. Which released all my weeks stress nd exhaustion. Highly recommended. It was very reasonable nd value for money for good too. Definitely once in a month or twice if pocket allows. Lol.

The best massage experience I ever had! Environment and space are really nice, quite and peaceful. At your arrival they offer you drinks and make you choose music and oil. Ayanna, my therapist was absolutely amazing! We had a quit chat, asked me if there were any specific areas I wanted to focus and when she started she could perfectly understand my body. I feel so relaxed and my body feels so much better. Thank you! Highly recommended!

I had the most amazing head spa! First Taiki carefully analysed my scalp and hair and then explained what treatments he was going to us. The treatment was so relaxing, Taiki has magic hands and the massage was great. My hair hasn’t felt this good in a long time. I will be coming back again. Thankyou so much.

I had a fantastic massage session at Jeff's studio. The space is both luxurious and tidy. I flew all the way from Los Angeles to visit Jeff in London and, of course, spend some time in this wonderful city. He has a really professional technique, and he makes you feel at ease. When I left, I felt like I was flying. Thank you, Jeff; you will always be my fave massage therapist!

I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Jeff. It was one of the best massages I’ve had. Jeff was very attentive to particular areas of focus and provided a really good, firm massage. The space in the Bethnal Green location is well designed and decorated and the bed and towels comfy and everything was spotlessly clean. I will definitely be returning!

Leme was brilliant. I explained that I had some upper back and shoulder issues so he tailored the massage to suit my needs. His space is comfortable and relaxing. Polite and very welcoming. I can’t praise him enough. I will definitely be coming back.

Jeff is one of the best masseurs I have ever had. I Booked a full body trim, butt facial and bodywork massage. He is extremely welcoming and friendly as well. He made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. He knew exactly where I needed help without even needing to ask. The experience was fantastic and I highly recommend him!

Nice little spa with a jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, banya and salt cave. There is also a small moroccan steam chamber if you want to have a private scrub experience. I had a deep tissue massage with Rosa and she was truly amazing. She applied the right pressure exactly in areas I needed the most. My partner had a lovely therapist too. We were also provided a complementary glass of bubbly which was a nice addition to the whole experience. Would recommend going with a friend.

The massage itself was brilliant! Jasmina was friendly and welcoming. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and enjoyed the welcome drink. The only thing that stopping me rating 'Great' is the room. The space was very bright, the large window was covered by a thin curtain and the noise outside broke the mood a bit. I was also not too keen on being in a room which came off the staircase with only a curtain in-between. When my husband visited he was in a proper room and said the space I was in was being used for quick treatments. He said that his room was not bright.

We really enjoyed our experience. We had a massage and body scrub with Alex and Rosa who were both great. The spa has a boutique feel. Great location
