My first time at the spa, a last minute booking as I was suffering with pain in my neck and shoulders, what a little gem! Explained what my issues were and the massage was tailored to my needs.............and was one of the best massages I have had for a long time! Will definitely be coming back.....staff are lovely and really care. Thank you x

I have finally found a lovely retreat in my area. I have lots of experience having visited lots of spa retreats, and I have finally found one which is so worth it. Had the deep stone body, face and hair massage.Such a bliss and Tammy is very experienced and really good. I already booked my next appointment and could see this as a regular treat for me.

After not the best week I had an Elemis facial with Tammy. It was excellent as usual, beautiful products and so relaxing. Followed up by a hot chocolate upstairs, it was just what I needed.

Tammy and Eva are amazing in just knowing exactly what you need. The so provides the whole package of experience and atmosphere and we could not have asked for more of spa day We had a relaxing evening after shopping all day at Bicester and it was exactly what we needed for a girls get away ❤️

Tammy is fab, lovely spa very peaceful atmosphere, in rural country village. I would recommend for massage treatments & relaxing in the relaxation area.

Tammy at the Merton pure day spa gave me a fabulous facial. i've been going for a while The service Tammy gives is Marvelous

Tammy and Ava made us so welcome and provided calm and soothing treatments throughout the day plus a lovely lunch, all in the beautiful surroundings of this small but perfectly formed spa. I’ve just come back from the most perfect ‘mother to be tranquility day’ at Pure Indulgence Day Spa. Tammy and Ava were fantastic throughout. I had five lovely treatments - such good value for money plus a lovely two course lunch and refreshments all day. I will be returning! I would personally recommend the Indian Head Massage, this was a highlight for me. Thank you again Tammy & Ava!

Every visit to Pure Indulgence results in just that. An incredibly indulgent spa day has been had. When we left we were walking on air after a whole day being primped and pampered by Tammy and Eva. We couldn’t have a better experience anywhere else . Don’t even think about going anywhere else , no-one offers a better service.

This was our first visit and we were really taken with the tastefully decorated spa room - very peaceful and relaxing - and also with Tammy who took meticulous care of us. She was wonderful with my teenage daughter. We will definitely return.
