I’ve had a massage/winter spa experience with Stacey before and this time around I had the best facial and massage with her. Stacey is amazing - she makes you feel so comfortable, is super friendly and is really talented at what she does. This is my second trip to The One Lounge. I was there earlier on in the week for the April special and decided to book in the Bespoke Body Contouring package. Today was my first session of this and really looking forward to seeing the final results (7 more sessions to go!). Cheryl is absolutely lovely, very friendly and knowledgeable. Such a relaxing atmosphere and environment to put you at ease. Highly recommend The One Lounge 😊 xxx

Jenna was fab! I got nail extensions with a French ombré and they're spot on. Look lovely, and Jenna kept checking in to make sure I was happy with every step of the process, and even suggested a sparkle which I love! Thank you!

I had the Bronze package which was amazing and have no complaints! However I paid for the full 1hour30 mins and was disappointed when I realised I only had 1hour 15mins! Obviously by the time I was dressed, out and paid I realised this but too late to do anything! This is the second time this has happened in treatments I have had! Little disappointed in that.

Shabana is such a lovely & professional holistic therapist who really cares & prioritises your wellness while making you feel relaxed and your absolute best. I highly recommend the 2 hour self care package where you choose a massage & a facial. You’re in good hands with Shabana and I will absolutely be back! As someone who also works in the beauty & wellness industry this is of the best and most relaxing experiences I have had. Thank you so much!

Relaxation package this afternoon was amazing…finished off with a lash lift and tint which looks amazing…Shabana is a fabulous therapist, and look forward to visiting salon again soon!

My body, neck, head and face massage was amazing this Sunday afternoon with Shabana. The spa room was warm and has a beautiful interior. I have never had a warm towel wrapped around my neck before for a head massage this was very comforting and so relaxing. Shabana also incorporated some breathing and mindfulness during my treatments, my whole experience today was truly amazing. Cant wait for my next appointment with Shabana. LA Jackson

What a great experience today with Renata. Nails looking great. Waxing done. Eyelashes lifted and curled and looking fab. All this in a comfortable and cosy room. Renata provides the most professional, welcoming and friendly experience ever. A lovely lady ❤️

Massage was great! I felt very relaxed - the room/atmosphere was excellent. Shabana is very attentive to any areas of tightness during your massage. I will be back!

This was my 1st visit to Lumiere, my friend and I both opted for the pamper package of 3x20min treatments. The place inside is clean and inviting and the girls were very friendly and answered any questions we had. The treatments we received were lovely and relaxing and prices are good.The ambiance in the room I had my treatments in was great, and the room was a nice temperature. Would definitely use Lumiere again and would recommend it to anyone thinking of going for a massage or facial. They offer lots of other beauty treatments and aesthetics but I can't comment on these as not had any.

First visit to Wellness with a Conscience. Fabulous full body massage treatment with Shabana. Looking forwarding forward to returning for a stress busting back massage next time. Professional, accommodating and very good making me feel comfortable.
