On arrival at the riverside rooms, I was taken into a word of love and calmness. It's like a gemstone, a different world. Going into the treatment room full of beautiful music, incense burning and the sound of the wildlife outside it was a lovely atmosphere and I was having reflexology done, it was like being in a mother's womb. Safe and secure from the outside world. Carole talked through everything that she was doing very well and the meditation that Carole took me through was incredible. Had a Fabulous and relaxing massage from Lorraine.

Another great massage from Lorraine. Lovely calm surroundings & greats products used too. Left feeling very relaxed .

Lorraine was fabulous. Put me at ease. With a busy party of girls. The party girls loved it.. Her 2 helpers were lovely too. Made the girls feel special. Would recommend. The extra props were really fun too.

I booked Beauty Fairy for my daughter's 6th birthday party and it was brilliant!! All the kids loved it! The ladies were lovely and made everyone look amazing! Would definitely recommend!

I had the best head and face massage! From start to finish I was made to feel relaxed and looked after. The setting is wonderful and tranquil. I felt like o was on a spa retreat. I will definitely be going back.

Carole is a wonderful, kind person that puts you at ease the minute you walk in. The massage was very relaxing and left me feeling spaced out for the rest of the day. Will definitely be booking again.

It’s been a while since I have visited Carole- Touching Lives for a treatment but I’ve been to quite a few spa days and places where I’ve had hotel treatments over the months. None of them compare to Carole’s treatments. I used the word “magical” last night. My body literally tingled all over, where I was in a state of peace the whole time. I had reflexology followed by a face massage. From top to toe, it was blissful. It was like being on cloud nine for the evening.

Carol is an incredible therapist who puts so much of her love and dedication into your treatments. I feel so honoured to have connected with her and always leave feeling like I’m floating on a cloud. She has such special, healing hands and energy. Not to mention the incredible garden & treatment space she has built. I couldn’t recommend her more!
