I booked for a regular mani pedi that was meant to last just over an hour & ended up being there for two. It would be fine if I felt like the service I got was extremely attentive or meticulous. However, the technician doing my nails was incredibly busy checking & texting on her phone, generally disinterested, whispering/ giggling in Spanish to her coworkers (totally fine, but not to the point that you stop doing my nails?), & just seemed like she was going ME a favor. I’m Palestinian & would never tank your rating or badmouth you. I want you to succeed but I just can’t see myself coming back.

Anna is great as always & gave me exactly what I wanted. I was just disappointed with my pedicure, don’t remember her name but it felt rushed and she didn’t put two coats on my nails. It was a light color but still. I never have an issue here so I’ll come back as always but may request a different person for my pedi.

As always excellent customer service, friendly staff, welcoming environment, great experience! I had the Russian pedicure for the first time ever, HIGHLY recommend it, it’s well worth the money. I love the atmosphere and vibe of this salon, it’s so relaxing and really allows you to unwind. If I could give more stars I would! Best nail tech hands down is Donna, pedicures- well you can’t go wrong with anyone, everyone does beautiful work. Lastly, the owner truly stands behind her customers and bends over backwards to make sure you’re 100% satisfied, that right there says a lot. Best salon ever!

I had a lovely first time experience at this location. The place is beautifully designed, organized and clean. The owner, was welcoming, present and extremely helpful. She offered us drinks and made sure we were comfortable and relaxed. My gel pedicure was done effortlessly and my nails look amazing. I highly recommend trying this salon out for yourself. You won’t regret it! This is my new nail home ; )

First of all this space only allows a 600 character maximum and it will take me about 3× that amount at least to convey my Overall Satisfaction, but most of them would be used just to describe my Nail technician, Donna. She is such a refreshing change compared to every other person I've been to within a close proximity to where I live, and there are several Salons to choose from but this Salon goes above and beyond everything Customer Service related. It begins with Dina who books your apt. , then the other two Women who are lovely, ending with your Tech. Donna does my nails and she is Great

I enjoyed the entire experience. I am new to the Island and found them on line. I feel I made a great choice! Very sanitary and girly and just overall pretty. In my personal experience the staff was friendly & conversational. This will be my new go to salon! The front desk girl was so helpful, (I didn’t get her name 😞) kind and sweet. Lydia gave me a great pedicure and an amazing back massage. Yumi was kind professional and took her time with my nails. 💫💫💫

Everyone was so nice and professional! Donna who did my Gel Mani & Pedi was really great love her work I was very happy with my gel Mani & pedi!!!! I could not have gotten it five any better!! The place is so inviting and so well decorated it’s very inviting!! Better social distancing but two employees were not wearing a mask. As well as my temperature was not taken upon entry. I get it it sucks to wear a mask all day. I am an essential worker but I still have to do it. Not worth fines or possibly endangering your own health or a customers. Also confused on if pedicure procedures have changed since pre Covid. Last time I didn’t get lotion, this time I didn’t get the scrub on my legs. For $30 both should be included at bare minimum.

Bubblicious Nails and Spa is an extremely amazing establishment. Extremely polite, clean and professional. They really value their customers and their work ethic! The salon goes above and beyond to accommodate your schedule as well as the health of your nails and overall needs! I first came to Bubblicious after needing a new pedicure spot and I immediately knew I’d be returning. I look forward to my spa pedicure at their beautiful salon. All the employees as well as the technicians are amazing and super sweet! Lucy is also a doll!

Spa pedicure was ok, I wish there was a choice offered in scent. I’m not a huge fan of rose and other salons on the island have lavender, green tea, or other options. Did a good enough job on the manicure but one of the other techs kept coming over and touching the tools which makes me question the sterility. I’d rather know the tools are being autoclaved and used for just one patron at a time than having a tech touch them in between with just alcohol to clean. I may stick to just doing my nails at home.
