Great location with easy parking locally, lovely ambience, with a friendly welcome. The actual one hour massage was absolutely perfect and just what I needed. Debra was lovely, very efficient and professional and worked on all the knots and areas without me even saying where the issue was. A lovely warm room and giant bed space. I couldn't fault anything. It was a gift from my son, great choice and definitely worth booking again, thank you!

This is really a comprehensive massage , I opt for the sport massage when I reach there as recommended by the therapist after a brief conversation about my tough body system which was amazing. Didn't ask for the name of the therapist but was professional and outstanding, I give it to her.

I have had many massages over the years (several have been sports massages) and none of them even compare to how professional and knowledgeable Bal was. His prices are really fair and he doesn’t try to up sell you in any way. It’s clear what a genuine person he is and how much he cares about his profession and his clients. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment and have passed on his info to family and friends.

I would highly recommend Farah at Therapyfit Body Clinic. The consultation was very informative and was followed by a much needed sports massage. I left feeling more mobile and extremely relaxed. Had a fabulous sports massage. Wasn't sure what to expect as normally have beauty massages. Have issues with back and shoulders so these were focussed on. Also given useful exercises to do to help with these issues.

I have just had an amazing session with the leg compression. I feel like a new person, lighter and more energetic now and I recommend the leg compression especially for people who practice sports to speed up the recovery. I really want to say thank you for today.

Amazing experience. Suffering from frozen shoulder so I went for the sports massage where they concentrate on the injury area. Mali did a fantastic job of explaining the process and the points where she will work on. I can gladly confirm after the session I felt I have allot more movement in my shoulder and look forward to my next session to recovery.
