I had the best treatment with Bethan. I booked the deep tissue massage. She made me feel at ease straight away and went through a thorough medical before hand to make sure she was tackling the areas of need. I made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment and I left feeling really relaxed and much looser than when I walked in! Amazing, highly recommend! It was my first ever visit to a massage, Paul asked questions of myself and listened hard and then over the next hour or so gave me his professional skills and while doing so explained what he was doing and why. It was a great experience for me and he was great at making me feel comfortable with the procedure. I would highly recommend Paul.

Amazing experience! I had been struggling with a persistent backache for quite some time, mainly due to poor posture and sitting at a computer too much. Sophia quickly identified the root cause and provided a treatment that left me feeling great. For the first time in a long while, I stood tall with much better posture and significantly less discomfort. I’m genuinely looking forward to my next treatment and maintaining this newfound posture!
