Adam was very nice and professional physiotherapist who was knowledgeable and able to give us a thorough assessment and explanation as to what the issue is. I would highly recommend him for anyone with a sports injury.

Claire is excellent. Not only does she do a great massage but she has great expertise and knowledge in what she does. I’ve used her for injury rehabilitation, pregnancy support and also migraine support. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

Claire is very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable, and helped to relieve my shoulder pain in just a few sessions. She gave me some rehab exercises to do which specifically targeted the issue and really made a big difference. She was also happy to share her knowledge and wisdom with me - providing insight into possible causes and things to practice going forwards - which was very much valued and appreciated. I'm now strength training again without discomfort and feel great, thanks to Claire! Highly Recommended.

Very friendly, patient, attentive and knowledgeable. Adam took a full history, completed a thorough assessment and the appointment never felt rushed.

My experience at R2R was great. I went into the appointment with a litany of toe, ankle, achilles, calf and knee issues. Dan went through each one individually, clearly explaining what the issues were and in the end gave me very straightforward advice and simple exercises to help rehab the injuries and maintain fitness into the future. A week on and the injuries are repairing nicely. Overall very happy with the outcome
