Another great treatment from Louise. Back training after 3 weeks out of the gym and I was struggling to walk. Louise fixed that with a targeted sports massage focusing on my glutes, hamstrings and calves combined with some lower back work.

Had an amazing deep tissue massage and facial from Lexi. She worked on my extremely tight shoulder muscles and they feel so loose now. This was my first time with Hana. It's in my top 3 massages I've had tbh! I go for lots of sports massages and I struggle to find someone who can give the sufficient pressure. Hana did this with ease. She was also very friendly and created a relaxing atmosphere. Would highly recommend! Will definitely be back.

I have been visiting Pennie for around 6 months as I initially had a problem with my neck, this has now completely gone thanks to the sports massages and physio plan that Pennie created for me! I continue to regularly attend appointments to keep my muscles in check and find it massively helps my mobility and recovery post exercise. Pennie is very friendly, professional and helpful and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my sports massages!

My first experience of a sports massage and Mclochelle was great from the get go. Really friendly reassuring and made the whole experience great! Legs felt great after and the massage and will certainly be back. Very good value for money and really easy to book in, too!
