From the post booking call through to the massage itself Rico was amazing. So kind and thoughtful. I booked in at the MMA gym (which isn’t for everyone, but I gym here and love it). I had knee replacement surgery a year ago, Rico had done his homework and managed to work out my kinks and also gave me some stretching homework to do before the next appointment (of which I’m sure there will be many!). Brilliant, thank you so much Rico!

Stacey is great, the most loveliest person. Love getting my massages and always look forward to my next ones. She used some balm on me today to help with my eczema and my skin feels great nice and soft. So not only is she helping me with my pain she’s also helping me with my skin. Amazing lymphatic drainage massage. I suffer with bowel issues, and bloating. The very next morning I was like a new woman. This is my second visit to the clinic. Wonderful therapist, full of knowledge. Highly recommend.

Rico was really knowledgeable and passionate to diagnose the issue I had with my back and work on a plan to resolve it. I feel a huge difference in my back after the treatment, and will be returning for routine massages to supplement my training in Jiu-Jitsu & running.

Highly recommend! Yasien is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and welcoming and has eased the aches and pains in my neck, shoulders and back. He used multiple tools and techniques during the sports massage and always checked that I was ok. If you are looking for someone who knows what they are talking about and can ease tight/stiff muscles then Yasien is your guy. I also love the small touches such as the heated bed, water/snacks, music and hot towel to finish. Thank you so much Yasien, see you again soon!

Jenny is extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly, I knew I was in safe hands figuratively and literally. During the session Jenny completed a verbal and then a physical assessment to identify the problem areas. Throughput the session everything was explained very clearly, from the root causes of my issue to the rehabilitation plan. A family member recommended Jenny to me and I would also recommend her to anyone who reads this review and is in need of physiotherapy, sports massage etc.

During a previous visit, Meesha noticed I had tight shoulders from all of the hoop and pole I've been doing recently. So for this visit, she done a sports massage on my shoulders and a nice relaxing massage on my back. Felt good as new afterwards. One of the reasons I go to Meesha is that as she also trains hoop and pole, she knows what my body is going through and can recommend the best treatment based on my needs.

Just had an amazing Indian head massage with Aaron. Aaron was super friendly, professional and took time to explain the way he performs the treatment. The treatment room was very comfortable, and Aaron explained the different essential oils he was using. All round one of the best Indian head massages I’ve had and I would highly recommend.

Meesha is great at what she does and so knowledgeable. She’s the only person I trust to go to for a sports massage. I 100% recommend 💖

Word’s can’t describe how brilliant Yasien is. Analyses your body and focuses on what needs to be worked on and healed. I get the deep tissue massage and it has left me feeling 10/10 every time. Not only do you get great service, massages etc but you leave with knowledge on how to treat your body and how to look after yourself. Amazing experience as always!
