What a lovely therapy centre! I have recently had a sports massage with Katie and a lymphatic drainage massage with Liz and both treatments were perfect. The two therapists made me feel safe and comfortable and explained the treatments fully, answering all of my questions. Prices were very reasonable and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Therapy & Life Centre in Coulsdon to anyone looking for these services. I will certainly be going back to them for any of my future needs. Thank you ladies.

An amazing treatment with Katie who addresses my extremely tight hamstrings which I’ve been having problems with. A reminder I need to keep up consistent treatment with her. Worth noting parking in Coulsdon is now Ringo so get it set up before you arrive

I couldn’t recommend Emmalie enough, the Indian head massage and reflexology were both so relaxing, i could feel my stress and anxiety melt away - i could feel a lot of tension in my neck and head and i honestly felt like a different person when i left. I called my mum immediately after leaving and told her to book herself in straight away.
