This is the first time I’ve visited Motion Remedy at the new Hornchurch location. The salon is beautifully decorated, in calm and relaxing colours. From the moment you arrive you can see the attention to detail, complimentary hot or cold drinks, friendly helpful receptionist and spotlessly clean. I had an amazing hot stone massage by Gigi, but I will definitely be trying out the treatments available with the new therapists. 12/10!

My appointment went excellent, every step was explained before by Gulshan and she also told me the steps i should follow after the treatment was applied. She was very nice and friendly and open also very good with the syringes, didn't feel a thing.

Had my first sports massage today with Gigi. She is very professional and knowledgeable and seems to know her stuff. Have seen physios in the past but none of them gave such a thorough explanation of body dynamics, which made sense. Will definitely be making further appointments.
