Just finished a sports massage session with Maria for 1hr and 30mins. She is very professional! She traces the origin of your discomfort and targets the cause of it effectively. Felt so much better right after 1st session! Even though I booked late, she managed to find a more convenient slot for me. Considering I was possibly her last client of the day, she still was very strong and patient with me throughout the session. After which, she gave me some advise to aid recovery. Definitely recommended. I even subscribed for a package right after 😊

Very professional and friendly service. It was my first time doing hijama (cupping) and I felt at ease by their level of service and knowledge. I opted also for sports massage and it was also excellent. The clinic is very hygienic and organised. I highly recommend this clinic!

I will suggest Maria to anyone in the world!! She fixed my body and my mind in this past year in a way that I was not able to do myself. I went for a 'Relaxation massage' at Holistic Rising yesterday. In terms of the booking process - it was quick and easy, and they offered lots of different time slots. The price was also reasonable, in my opinion - £60 for 60 minutes. The massage and my masseuse, Sharon, were brilliant. She personalised my experience by asking what oil I wanted, if I wanted music or not, what pressure I wanted, and if there were any focus areas. The reason why I haven't given this experience a 5 star rating is because there was quite a lot of chatter outside the room - which made me feel less relaxed.

JZenn is an amazing masseuse. I had a very relaxing deep tissue massage. She's Very friendly and walks with you through every step of the process. She ends with tips on how to continue your self care journey. She's amazing.

I had a Manual Lynphatic Drainage massage from Jeanette. It was a really relaxing and enjoyable experience. it was my first time having a mobile massage in my own home and the process was really smooth! Jeanette was also lovely and put me right at ease.
