Amazing!! My first session with Donna and it won't be my last - lovely welcoming and professional experience! I had a sports massage for a niggly shoulder issue I've had on and off for a while, the session felt almost like a spa treatment, much nicer than the usual clinical settings. I feel a big improvement in my joint already, and will definitely be going back!

Sports massage sorted my shoulders and leg muscles. Feeling a lot freer again and shoulder muscles not clunking and clicking!

Great sports massage to release tight glutes shoulders and legs. Good advice and demonstration on releasing hip flexors and how it would affect back

Ella was great with sports massage working on tight areas of calves and shoulders. Always checking the pressure was not too great. Afterwards she explained where the specific tighter points were and how to look after myself after a deep massage re hydration and food. I feel a lot freer 11 hours later when writing this. Thank you team Bloom.

1st time at Wellness Therapies and won't be the last. As a therapist myself it's hard to find the time to treat yourself to some therapy time, today was me time though for a change. Donna was so lovely and the massage was fantastic, I never seem to relax but I definitely did today...fell asleep at one point. I have had sports massages from many companies in the local area and have never found them particularly helpful. That is until I discovered in good hands. Charlotte is exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. Following a brief consultation about my areas of concern, she immediately concentrated on addressing them. After the full body MOT, I felt rejuvenated. That night I had the best sleep I have had in a long time and the next day I felt considerably more limber. I visit in good hands at least once a month and would recommend their services to anyone.

Donna is an amazing therapist. I am a massage therapist and know what a good therapist looks like and Donna has it in spades! I had a manual lymphatic drainage massage. I had breast cancer 18yrs ago and STILL suffer with lymphoedema! Donna is an expert in this area and I felt the difference immediately…the ‘padding’ of fluid had gone from under my arm. We don’t appreciate enough the work of the lymphatic system until it doesn’t work efficiently following surgery, radiation and reconstruction. This massage is not your traditional massage but it’s an absolute MUST for people like me!!
