Brilliant! What I appreciated most was the Katherine’s attention to detail and ability to find the problem spots without me having to say a word. My range of motion improved immediately, and I left feeling refreshed, with much less stiffness in my neck and shoulders. This was honestly one of the best sports massages I’ve had, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone dealing with muscle tension or looking to improve mobility. I’ll definitely be booking another session soon!

I've had a good few massages from a variety of places, I weight train and have issues with shoulder mobility. 1st Class Sports is going to be my go to in the future, the level of pressure and attention to problem areas is up there with the best I've had. Previously I've travelled out of county for sports massages of this quality. I can't reccomend highly enough to anyone with an active job or athletic hobbies. 10/10

This was my first experience with Jaz and certainly won’t be my last. She is very welcoming and friendly and puts you at ease straight away. Treated my mum for a mother's day gift to the ultimate de-stress spa pamper. This involved a Indian head massage, facial , sinus massage and finished with the Japanese head spa. My mum absolutely LOVED it and said Charlie was very welcoming and fantastic start to finish. We both can't wait to come back - absolutely EXCELLENT ☺️

I hadn't seen Sam for a clinical sports massage in YEARS, but it felt like only a week had passed as we caught up! Sam is the only massage therapist that can make me feel human again and I've made sure to book my next two appointments in advance! She also gave me lots of recommendations to help ease my sciatica and strengthen the muscles in my back - Sam is incredibly knowledgeable, the best in the biz!

1st visit here I've recently moved to Norwich. I wanted a Perm but after strand test was advised this would not be suitable, due to the previous T- section highlights, would cause further damage. Ruby managed to T section my hair with 2 colours without bleach, complementing my existing colour which blended in fantastically. Grace then put in some soft layers & blow dryed it perfectly to give volume & body. I was very anxious finding somewhere new but was put at ease and everything was thoroughly explained throughout. I have found my new hairdresser & look forward to getting my dream perm soon
