This was my first session and I was very nervous beforehand because of how much pain I was in, but I felt at ease immediately. Chris has a very calm, reassuring and professional manner. I really appreciate the way he explained everything in terms I could relate to and understand. I am amazed at how much progress was made in just one session.

Just had a consultation and some manual therapy. I can't recommend Core 3 Wellness enough. I've been to so many physios, osteopaths, sports massage therapists etc and this is the first time someone has taken a holistic view of all the pain and issues to come up with a plan and to try and get to the root cause of the issues instead of treating isolated pain. Everything was explained really well and in lots of detail so I can understand what's going on. I feel an improvement after this first session so I'm really looking forward to what the next few months of regular sessions bring. Thank you!

This being my first visit I appreciated the extensive pre treatment discussions, Natalie asked great questions which helped us both understand my issues and how Natalie was going to approach the treatment I received. Couldn’t recommend Chris highly enough! Very comprehensive screening process and got to the root cause of my issues which wasn’t what I thought it was. Chris explained exactly how and why this was causing me issues and has given me treatment and also exercises to help in the future. Hopefully won’t need to but if I ever have any other issues I won’t hesitate in going back and will be telling everyone I know how good he is. Thanks

Chris is extremely knowledgable and explains how your symptoms relate back to each muscle or structure in order to fix you! Also suggests exercises to prevent the body from slipping back into old habits! I cannot recommend Chris highly enough to correct your body positioning and getting your movement flowing again instead of experiencing any pain. Just book in to see him, to get yourself fixed! Firstly, thank you to Chris for helping me understand my situation and explaining everything thoroughly whilst making sure I understood the issue. He talked me through every exercise and described why we were doing it and gave me some good advice and exercises to do in my own time to help. Chris made the experience comfortable and informative and I would highly recommend.

Very professional Explanations clear Diagnosis and treatment excellent Felt reassured

I've had 2 sessions, the first greatly reduced pain and enhanced movement. I slept so much better. The second advancing the first, walking taller, straighter, improvement all round with posture and again, reduced aches & pains. I would highly recommend Matt as he gives explanations and advice, with home exercises to assist with healing.
