Patrick is an incredibly caring, attentive and knowledgeable massage therapist who explains every step of the way what's about to happen in your treatment. Due to working a desk-based role and frequently experiencing tension in my upper back and shoulders, I decided book a massage at the Elements Bodywork studio. As someone who hasn't really had massage before, I felt wholly supported and comfortable -there were moments when I felt so at peace, I could have fallen asleep! I left feeling relaxed, more in tune with my body and I am already looking forward to returning for another session.

Fantastic massage with Chairs. I felt totally relaxed, rejuvenated and at ease. The atmosphere is clean, cosy and welcoming. Charis is a wonderful and attentive massage therapist. It was my first time trying side laying massage, which was suggested due to nasal congestion, and it vastly improved the experience of the massage in all aspects. Would definitely come again and recommend.

Had a facial and massage. It was so relaxing and Kerry is a consummate professional. I will definitely be back for another.

Terence is a very knowledgeable young man and I have had him visit my home twice now and both times he has been able to ease a tight painful hip flexor caused by years of running. I will be using Terence monthly or bi monthly from now on and would recommend anyone with pain from sports to give him a try.

Had Lymphatic drainage massage with Denise. Such a lovely lady and I felt wonderful both during and after the massage.

Sophie’s service absolutely Excellent. Juniors need more input on shampooing and conditioning alongside being able to give a firm head massage. It is these little things that make all the difference.
