Incredible massage! The room was so lovely and warm, with beautiful lotus flowers displayed on the bed as you walked in. Thank you so much as well for focusing on all my tension in my shoulders and neck. I feel so much better already. Found Ryan to be both experienced and knowledgeable as a physio. Initial consultation was thorough and included exercises to determine extent of injury, plus stretches to do to aid recovery. And follow-up consultation focused on rehab, isolation exercises then functional exercises to correctly diagnose and treat. Weekly sports massage sessions at times are intense and at times enjoyable. Do feel better afterwards. Also helps that Ryan is so cheery and talkative.

For nearly two years, I have experienced intermittent lower back pain, and despite seeking help from both NHS and private health professionals, nothing seemed to help. I thought I will just have to live with the discomfort. After speaking to Ryan, who also happens to be my swimming instructor, we decided to try a session focused on addressing the issue, and after just one session, I already feel significantly better.
