Amazing set up with friendly and knowledgable staff supporting you. I experienced the recovery lounge with contrast therapy (hot and cold), red light therapy and pressotherapy. The guys were super friendly and let me try the oxygen therapy experience as well. Highly recommend experiencing what Cardiff Wellness lounges have to offer, a fantastic and affordable facility to meet your recovery goals or support with your training goals. I'll most definitely be returning.

Thorough consultation to go over medical info, areas of focus and what I was looking for from the treatment. Really appreciated this as it made me feel heard, comfortable and confident. Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

10/10 would recommend I had the Swedish massage and wow it was amazing, the room was so peaceful and relaxing, the massage was perfect and I felt totally relaxed.

I had an incredible experience with Natalie. She put me at ease straight away and informed me she'd read through the notes I'd left. I've had a lot of pain in my neck and though the massage the identified there was a lot of tension. I felt super comfortable and have booked another three treatments for a months time, already super excited to go back. She also recommend using a foam roller daily between massages to help the tension too. I'd 100% recommend Natalie and the studio.

Amazing massage as always. Sidney is the BEST!! I had a pinched nerve in my back and she fixed it. The ladies are so kind and welcoming, definitely recommend.
