A friend bought me the Pamper day package as I recently gave birth and this was my first time at the spa. It Aalooked wonderful and Mariah was very friendly. I was informed on arrival that the hot stone massage was not available as the therapist would need to know in advance, which I was not made aware of. Mariah asked me some questions and helped decide what sort of facial to go for. Both the massage and facial were lovely. A few little downsides, I was not given the herbal tea or bath bomb gift that was advertised as part of the package and a small radiator was cluttering the therapy room.

I had a massage with Terry this morning, and it was exceptional. He took his time to truly understand everything I had mentioned beforehand and tailored the experience accordingly. Not only did he address my specific needs, but he also went above and beyond, delivering more than I expected. The process , technique and service felt thoughtful and deliberate, making the session both relaxing and deeply effective. I left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. Polly was so amazing, really good pressure to her massage, but also listened when I needed a lighter touch, left my neck and back feeling so much looser and flexible and helped me relax during a deep tissue massage so much so I almost didn’t want to get up! She’s also incredibly talented at eyebrow shaping and just a sweet woman in general, I loved my appointment and am looking at my diary now to see when I’m free to come back for another massage 💪🏽

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a great Thai massage, which was rejuvenating from start to finish and exactly what I needed. Lilly was incredibly skilled, using a blend of gentle pressure, rhythmic stretching, and deep-tissue techniques to reach every muscle. The stretching was thorough, never uncomfortable, and felt as if each limb was guided into deeper relaxation. By the end, I felt both calm and invigorated, my entire body recharged, refreshed, and left me feeling relaxed, and ready to take on the day. This was the best facial I've ever had (and I have had lots!). The face massages were so relaxing and Polly is clearly very skilled and knows what she is doing because my skin was glowing afterwards. I cannot recommend enough. I am going to become a regular now!

I went for a facial with Amal and it was just PERFECTION. I was taken in straight away. Amal made it incredibly comfortable and relaxing. She's would ask me all my skin concerns and my routines as well as my sensitivities to ensure she'd use the right products targetting my skin needs. She was awfully kind to me at all times and explaining every single step and what was being used. She'd also give me great recommendations to preserve the good work and keep my skin healthy and glowing. 20/10 for Amal and for the Greenwich Spa. I'll surely be coming back soon. Naomi x

Had massage with the lovely Shagol. Felt 100% better afterwards 🙂

I brought a groupon voucher half head highlights for 45 pounds first of all groupon put me at Finsbury and I wanted greenwich so they changes the shop appointment for me also I choose 10am but somehow I was booked for 1pm and and.when I turned up t 10am they still fitted me in so very accommodating. Anu explained that the length of my hair. I would.to pay approx e tra 80 which brough my total.to 125 with what I paid.on groupon it's a lot for.half.head of highlights. But anu was great vey nice. And she did a fantastic job if u could.afford this place I would.return as anu was above & beyond

Was very happy with the hijama treatment and a lovely lady Samina who did a great job and was very friendly. Would say it was a bit on the pricier side with £50 for a premium package that included massage on back and legs and 15 cups hence why it’s a 4 star- but overall it was pretty good and have rebooked

My first time having a Swedish massage and it was absolutely phenomenal! Terry was very attentive, professional and respectful whilst always ensuring I was comfortable. The room was peaceful and serene, the perfect little haven! Terry managed to instantly make me feel calm and relaxed and I honestly left feeling light and floaty, my body felt much better for it. I definitely recommend Terry and his awesome skills - overall 11/10!
