Incredible experience! Attention to detail and service was exceptional overall. I got the 45 min spa + 45 min Swedish massage, and would recommend it to everyone! You have the spa area all to yourself, with a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and shower. Lots of attention to detail to make sure we were as comfortable as possible. The massage itself was also excellent and very professional. Although it was my first time, I felt very comfortable and left as a happy customer.

Delia did a good job on my hydro dermabrasion facial. My skin is smooth and glowing after the treatment. She took what i said before the treatment of what my concerns were and made sure i would get those results. I went in for a back massage as i had tension on my shoulders and Delia took the time working on this area to get those knots out, and i now feel less tensed. The pressure and technique was very good. Delia did a great job on the treatments and she is a great person to have as your therapist as she will take care of you and make sure all your needs are met.

Will save the “Great” for my next visit when I plan on using the sauna and wet rooms. Lovely place, just on the canal and near to a few bars and restaurants. Treatment (Hot stone massage) well executed, but I was a little annoyed that I was woken up from my slumber when I had to turn over… Overall a pleasant experience and I can’t wait to go back and try out their “Pamper sessions”

Leface was an excellent therapist - firm pressure and I thoroughly enjoyed the massage . My only criticism is that the room was very cold and as a result the towels and blankets felt cold and a little damp. When you’re having a massage you aren’t wearing any clothes so I think a heater should be in in the rooms and towels fresh out of a dryer, warm or have an electric blanket underneath to make the the experience more enjoyable

The overall experience was great with friendly staff. All inclusive spa with privacy. The only odd thing I noticed during massage was that masseurs were using one hand multiple times which could be an indication that they were using their phones with the other hand. I could be wrong but both my husband and I noticed it during our session. Other than that I would definitely recommend it.

LETS START WITH THE LOCATION ... I DID NOT KNOW THIS WORLD NEAR WESTFIELD STRATFORD EXISTED ... A QUITE AND BEAUTIFUL SHOP ... CAR PARKING IS A STONE THROW AWAY, ANOTHER MASSIVE CAR PARK VERY QUITE ... WITH NICE VIEWS OF THE CANAL ... I WAS SCEPTICAL AT FIRST BUT I CAME OUT FULLY RECOVERED AFTER MY MASSAGE ... Shifa was amazing. Had a wax first and Swedish massage after. The atmosphere was calming and peaceful. Very clean and airy. The message bed smelt lush🥰 Shifa made me feel absolutely comfortable. I loved the way she asked permission when it came to certain areas when massaging and checked with me if I was comfortable with the pressure. The most amazing massage. I feel absolutely 💯 relaxed. The wax was great. We all know a Hollywood is painful but she took great care and it was quite therapeutic. I would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks Shifa🥰

Shifa was very knowledgeable and I could tell that she really cared about her customers and wanted to provide a good massage. She communicated with me clearly and checked that I was OK with the pressure.
