I have just had the ‘back to basics’ massage with Jo & I already can’t wait for my next treatment! From the second I walked in I felt relaxed, before the massage even begun. I appreciated that Jo explained how the treatment would go and what to expect. I usually really struggle to switch off during treatments however with the gorgeous spa music playing and the cosy lighting I could’ve easily fallen asleep! Thank you for the best Friday morning I’ve had in a long time. X

Absolutely magical ✨ From the moment I walked through the door I felt at ease. Such beautiful welcoming energy, and such a beautiful room which makes you feel you’ve been transported to a magical place. The all over body hot stones massage was divine, and the scalp massage add on was the cherry on the cake. I feel completely and utterly blissed out. Thank you Jo, I will be back for more 🩷🩷🩷

I feel every time I visit, Jo connects in some way with my mind, body and soul. I sometimes feel emotional (in a good way) due to the release of tension and expertise of the massage. I feel lighter and like I’ve been properly ‘looked after’. Wouldn’t ever go elsewhere- The Self Care Sanctuary is top of the league!

Excellent as always been coming here for years for sports massage with Michaela 10/10 every time

Having suffered with extremely painful Achilles tendonitis for 10 months which wasn't improving with physiotherapy and massages, I came across RCM Wellness Centre. I had a biomechanics assessment with Ali, who recommended a programme of exercises and a course of laser therapy. The laser treatment was performed by Emma. I noticed an immediate improvement after the first session. 3 sessions later I am able to walk at speed for long distances, and am enjoying life again. The laser therapy has also cured a problem hip at the same time. Both Ali and Emma have been wonderful with me. Thank you both.

Outstanding service! Used the service twice in one week for two different services. My first visit was Visiting Emma which was the best thing I did. Emma was really caring and most importantly she listened to me whatever was on my mind. Gave me good positive feedback and report. Today Had the Wellness Massage by Michaela- Individually tailored treatment mixture of hot stone and aromatherapy. One of the best massages i have had, good amount of pressure. Definitely recommend. Michelle was very welcoming and friendly and I felt at ease straight away. She listened to my concerns and gave me a great massage and some useful tips for reducing back pain (I'm trying to keep my shoulders straight as I write this!). I'm looking forward to coming back.
