Amazing set up with friendly and knowledgable staff supporting you. I experienced the recovery lounge with contrast therapy (hot and cold), red light therapy and pressotherapy. The guys were super friendly and let me try the oxygen therapy experience as well. Highly recommend experiencing what Cardiff Wellness lounges have to offer, a fantastic and affordable facility to meet your recovery goals or support with your training goals. I'll most definitely be returning.

Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We booked Deep Tissue Duo Couple Massage for 1.5 hrs and had a great massage. We were in Cardiff for few days and were tired the previous day touring Tenby and Swansea, So decided to book the massage services online, both the masseuse were experienced and they used different techniques which we haven't experience anywhere in the UK. Thanks again, must visit and worth every penny.

Left there walking on air. The Thai foot massage was amazing. Ning picked up on how tense I was and gave me a bonus glorious back stretch. Highly recommended. Will definitely sign up for another.

I have tried 3 other massage places in Cardiff and this is by far the very best! I have been here twice now in the last 2 weeks for 2 x 2 hour massages. I had a hot stone massage with Jess the first time and today a deep tissue massage with Jane - they are both so lovely and amazing at their job! Jane is so strong, the pressure of the massage was just perfect (quite often people aren’t strong enough To do deep tissue) - fantastic and will definitely be back! Thank you - April xx

The most wonderful Thai massage given by Ning, she gave a deep massage where needed, Ning certainly knows her stuff. Also enjoyed a facial, which was just so lovely, felt incredibly relaxed afterwards . I can not recommend Ning highly enough, looking forward to my next massage already.
