It was incredible. The space was very comforting and my masseuse made sure I was comfortable and not in any discomfort. In the lava shells massage, though it’s not very pressure intensive, definitely does the job in reliving any pain or soreness from the muscles. I highly enjoyed my experience.

30 minute reflexology treatment with Francesca which I always enjoy, as a regular client. Followed by a hot stone body massage.’Rachel always hits the problems that need working on . She is so calm and an excellent therapist. I love coming here . Warm welcome from Shanie . I have to be honest that after spending £100 on treatments it was disappointing to be hearing maintenance men drilling and hammering throughout my 90 minutes , in the spirit leisure club right next to the treatment room .

One of the best massages I've ever had.

It was a wonderfully relaxing day at the spa. The Ger was a real treat. A chance to rest away from light and sound. Beyond the use of the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. The highlight was an amazing massage from Sam. An excellent masseuse with a firm and professional touch. Exactly what I needed after a very hectic year so far. Highly recommended.

Was given the 3h spa access with drink and 1h treatment as a birthday gift and had a wonderful time. The staff was super kind and accommodating (especially when I asked for a spare towel) they checked everything was okay and checked if I needed more drinks. I had a back and body massage which was lovely and calming and the massage lady was checking in and making sure I was comfortable and enjoying the experience. Would do it again and recommend. Thanks for the great experience!

Hot Stone treatment with Michelle during my brief stay at Guildford Holiday Inn. Michelle adapted the 75 minute HS Massage session to address particular areas of discomfort which she expertly identified without my even having to tell her. Michelle's holistic approach was augmented by elements of other, very appropriate, healing methods as she is clearly highly skilled in many treatment fields. The end result was way beyond what I had expected - I left the session in so much less pain, deeply relaxed and completely satisfied. A very different approach to that I receive weekly in Prague
