This is the first time I’ve visited Motion Remedy at the new Hornchurch location. The salon is beautifully decorated, in calm and relaxing colours. From the moment you arrive you can see the attention to detail, complimentary hot or cold drinks, friendly helpful receptionist and spotlessly clean. I had an amazing hot stone massage by Gigi, but I will definitely be trying out the treatments available with the new therapists. 12/10!

I recently had a lymphatic drainage massage, and it was incredible! Gigi is professional and knowledgeable, explaining the process and its benefits clearly. The massage itself was highly effective, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and less bloated. The calming atmosphere and soothing technique made the entire experience deeply relaxing. I’ve had a lot of treatments over the years but the reflexology and hot stones massage I had with Leigh are two of the best treatments I’ve ever had. Leigh is very experienced and this shows in her practice. Leigh is lovely, very warm and welcoming as was her colleague Hayley who did a great mini facial. This is my 3rd visit and I can't rate Gigi highly enough. She's extremely knowledgeable about the body and the treatments and massages are very effective to relief long standing conditions and realigning the body. The new premises in Hornchurch are very pleasant and comfortable.
