This is the first time I’ve visited Motion Remedy at the new Hornchurch location. The salon is beautifully decorated, in calm and relaxing colours. From the moment you arrive you can see the attention to detail, complimentary hot or cold drinks, friendly helpful receptionist and spotlessly clean. I had an amazing hot stone massage by Gigi, but I will definitely be trying out the treatments available with the new therapists. 12/10!

I recently had a lymphatic drainage massage, and it was incredible! Gigi is professional and knowledgeable, explaining the process and its benefits clearly. The massage itself was highly effective, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and less bloated. The calming atmosphere and soothing technique made the entire experience deeply relaxing. This is my 3rd visit and I can't rate Gigi highly enough. She's extremely knowledgeable about the body and the treatments and massages are very effective to relief long standing conditions and realigning the body. The new premises in Hornchurch are very pleasant and comfortable.

Had my first sports massage today with Gigi. She is very professional and knowledgeable and seems to know her stuff. Have seen physios in the past but none of them gave such a thorough explanation of body dynamics, which made sense. Will definitely be making further appointments.

Amazing lymphatic massage

GiGI was very warm, welcoming to the space. Looked after my Nan extremely well, Nan stated that was the best massage she has received and will be back.

I’ve had a pinch in my neck for over a month now and decided to book an appointment with Gigi. Best thing Ive done this year, excellent deep tissue massage, and really got to the bottom of the problem. Gigi is very knowledgeable and thorough with her practice and 2 hours later back at home Im feeling much relief from the pain I was experiencing. Highly recommend getting a treatment here, will be returning, very satisfied with my whole experience.
