Refine Wellness is a jewel in north Edmonton. Amanda is a great massage therapist. She is interested in fitness training ,working with all her clients to address areas of concern. There is plenty of parking and the room and business are always clean. All insurance companies are accepted.

I have been driving to the west end for over two years because I have been able to find a good massage therapist in the north. I am so glad I found Amanda, she is my new go to!!! Everything from pressure to professionalism to the ambience was 10/10. Would recommend to everyone!!! I will no longer be driving to the west end.

The business is clean , comfortable each room is nicely set up. Amanda is great - friendly and professional.- great massage. Direct billing through insurance is easy - I should have been coming here all along . Highly recommend it !

It's been great going there. I've been going there for massage therapy for sciatica. Amanda's been super. She takes the time to explain stuff and showed me some home exercises to compliment the therapy. They all are super professional there and also have great personalities and attitudes.

Sara is a fabulous therapist. My entire body felt so relaxed after a 45 minute foot massage. The feet are the window to your entire body!

I have suffered from peripheral neuropathy of my feet for more than 5 years. Medical specialists have been unable to determine the cause. After initial foot facial and foot reflexology treatments, sensation in my toes and soles is beginning to return. I, definitely, will be returning to Ancestral Therapeutics for more treatments now that I know this may well be the solution I have been seeking to permanently restore my foot health. I highly recommend Sonia's intuitive approach to healing!! :)

Our asks (and listens) to what I need. I went in on Friday with a migraine and a lot of upper back tension, and not only listened to what I said I needed, but throughout the massage, she worked the exact areas that she was able to pinpoint needed the attention.
