Parminder was very attentive and professional. I had a deep tissue massage for 90 mins and it was one of the best massages ever. I already feel lighter. He explained some of the issues in my back and gave me some stretches to do at home. I would 100% recommend

Had the most beautiful experience with Jo. Such a welcoming and warm interaction from arrival in her gorgeous, relaxing home. She did a very thorough consult conversation beforehand, covering my focus areas. My head and shoulder massage was excellent and left me relaxed with a lot of relief. The reflexology was so enjoyable and she took time at the end to flag what she learned from my feet. The treatment room was beautifully decorated, warm and inviting; a real haven of rest! I even left with a little goodie bag of after care, herbsl tea and sweet treats! Can’t wait to return; thank you Jo!

I left Jo’s feeling lighter and so much better than I had been feeling. She always goes above and beyond and puts so much effort into creating the best environment and it’s the little details which include things like the choice of essential oils depending on what you need, the temperature of the room and bed, the little personalised message and just how much she wants to make you feel better than when you arrived. Jo left feeling like a puddle of luxurious crème brûlée!! I did not want to leave and was unfit for any work due to how incredibly relaxed and happy I felt. Really good massage , I tried therapeutic one and the lymphatic drainage . I will be back again , he is a very good massage therapist .

It was my first time having a body massage. I have to say Parminder was very calm and experienced. He knew exactly what he was doing. Using different techniques, I felt very relaxed after having a deep tissue massage. Parminder concentrated on a few stubborn knots I've had in my back and next day felt a big relief. My hip (ball and socket) have been playing up due to Sciatica, after the treatment it really has been a relief. Will definitely carry on with this for a while as I believe I've left it for too long.

Jo is the most amazing masseuse and I was able to totally relax. She is so calm and really wants to look after her clients. I can’t wait for my next massage.

The environment is so relaxing. Jo spends time asking how you are feeling on the day and tailors your treatment accordingly. I have had both the massage and reflexology and thoroughly recommend. There are lots of nice little individual touches which makes you feel special and pampered for that hour. Perfect!
