Katja runs an incredibly professional and welcoming holistic service. I had never had a massage before but she was very accommodating and informative, even offering a tailored combination of styles during my session so that I could better-understand the difference between massage types. Parminder was very attentive and professional. I had a deep tissue massage for 90 mins and it was one of the best massages ever. I already feel lighter. He explained some of the issues in my back and gave me some stretches to do at home. I would 100% recommend

Fantastic massage as always from Amanda. She really listens to you and works with what you need. The addition of the TMJ intra oral massage is incredible - you really don't realise how much you need it until she does it. The massage table is so comfortable and the heated under blanket is divine in the colder months. I've been coming to Sound Touch Treatments since March and it is now my regular monthly treat that I'm not sure I can live without!

I had the 60 min massage + 30 min facial package. Absolutely incredible. Like dying and going to heaven (but even better than that as I'll get to book and go do it again!!!). Perfect from the heated bed to the music , to the smell of the products to the sound bath at the end. Can't recommend enough. Just wish there were more than 5 stars to give it! Amanda makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed and has created the most fun and zen space. Perfect.

It was my first time having a body massage. I have to say Parminder was very calm and experienced. He knew exactly what he was doing. Using different techniques, I felt very relaxed after having a deep tissue massage. Parminder concentrated on a few stubborn knots I've had in my back and next day felt a big relief. My hip (ball and socket) have been playing up due to Sciatica, after the treatment it really has been a relief. Will definitely carry on with this for a while as I believe I've left it for too long.
