I floated out of the building after my deep tissue massage with Sarah - I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated. Sarah is very welcoming and immediately puts you at ease. She checked in with me throughout the session that the pressure was just right and that I was comfortable . The treatment room was lovely - clean, calm and perfect ambient temperature. I will definitely be going back!

Sarah was brilliant. This was my first massage with her (a pregnancy one). She made me feel very comfortable, checked what I was/ wasn't happy with, gave me options for positions, and the massage was lovely and relaxing - I could have stayed all day!

I recently had the pleasure of a pregnancy massage with Sarah Allen Massage Therapies, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment I walked in, Sarah made me feel completely at ease with her warm and welcoming manner. She really thought of everything! Sarah's expertise is evident. She carefully explained each step of the process, ensuring I felt comfortable. I left feeling about two inches taller and can't wait to book back in!

I really enjoyed my massage treatment with Sarah. The room is lovely and Sarah makes sure the temperature and comfort is just right. She listened carefully to what problems I had with my shoulders and focussed in on working out the knots in the problem areas whilst still managing to deliver a relaxing and restorative massage. I came away feeling taller and very calm. I will be returning and making time in my schedule to make this a regular treat.
