My regular facial by Jackie has always been great. She has introduced different modalities each visit in conjunction with my basic facial. Massage by Nara is therapeutic and quite addicting. Salon is very clean and has provided a very serene, comfortable and relaxing experience.

Serki is a godsend. I can never get enough of her skilled, knowledgeable massages. She knows what she is doing, she does it very well, AND I trust everything when I am in her hands. She will work out all your knots and tight areas, sometimes it hurts in the moment, but you will feel so much looser & more mobile the next day. Can't recommend her enough!

This is a wonderful salon!! I love that it has a Spa vibe and everyone is so friendly. Jackie is such a great person and always takes care of my nails. She does amazing spa manicure/pedicure. They also offer massages which definitely I’m getting. They have great quality products as well. Highly recommended!

I booked a 75 minute massage with Patrick, and he was amazing! He really knows anatomy and how the muscles connect, and his technique is perfect for working out the deep knots and addressing any pain. I felt 6 inches taller after he worked on my shoulders and neck in particular. I definitely plan to book with him again.

Jackie is the consummate entrepreneur. She has a solid business (including massages as well); she is caring; and she is professional. I use her microdermabrasion service every other month. The skin on my face is so clean and "pure" that I subscribe to her service for multiple sessions. Having been a client for years, I can attest that Jackie respects her repeat customers and gives us great attention. She is 5-Star Plus!

Serki was amazing! The mobility I had after the massage was UNREAL. She found pressure/trigger points and tension in my neck and shoulders that I didn’t even realize I was holding. She answered every question I had and gave me recommendations on how to maintain the mobility outside of the massage sessions. I can’t recommend HighKey enough, if you’re looking for the best recovery around look no further!

The massage was great - I feel a lot looser, and Eli knew exactly what to do to target the muscles that were the issue. The one thing that bothered me was that, during intake, you made me sign a bunch of COVID-19 waivers, and I deliberately waited to come until I could comply with all of them. But Eli mentioned not being vaccinated and also didn’t wear a mask, which (I believe) is against current CDC and DC Public Health guidelines. Not an issue for me personally, but is for some other waivers I need to comply with and older people I see regularly. That’s added time and stress for me.

A very relaxing environment with friendly and welcoming staff. This spa is a fabulous place for a facial and scalp massage. It’s exceptionally clean, making it my go-to spot to relax and feel refreshed. The head spa treatment includes a head, shoulder, hand, and foot massage—all in one session! I purchased a package (buy 4, get 1 free) and highly recommend it.

I had a great experience at Highkey Balance. Patrick is a very skilled massage therapist, as well as excellent company. I came in with a lot of pain, and Patrick’s massage truly relieved my symptoms and helped me get on a path to long-term healing. I highly recommend getting treatment here.

First time getting scalp treatment and it was amazing! I went there with my mom, and we both had relaxing and wonderful experience at Gentle Skin Care. Got the 60 minute scalp treatment, with neck and shoulder massage. Treatment also included mini facial, which left my skin extra boost and feeling fresh. Highly recommend!

Serki never disappoints! I came here for my 90 minute birthday massage, driving all the way down from Baltimore. Just wish I lived closer so I could experience this magic more often.
