It was a great experience and very enjoyable.

All the staff are so nice and welcoming and Claire is lovely- very knowledgeable and she really put me at ease during my first visit- this was my second time at the Chester branch with my husband, to collect my first topper. It’s a beautiful shade and style- it looks perfect on me and I’ll feel a lot happier and more confident wearing it! Thank you for being so patient and helpful while I chose another style to try. I’m looking forward to our next visit.

Went to enquire regarding a wig came out wearing one. Great knowledgeable and friendly staff. I was apprehensive but there was no need. The lady that helped us picked out a wig ( the first one) put it on and I was returned to the person I was before I was ill. I love it. Highly recommend.

Claire was wonderfully understanding and calming and helpful on a scary emotional day for me. She did everything she could to put me at ease and made helpful suggestions and implemented an easy updo also on the beautiful wig she found me that was closest to my own hairstyle, to give the versatility I had with my own hair. My experience of buying a wig from Morgans following chemotherapy has been fantastic. Claire was informative, kind and is obviously experienced. She didn't hurry me and answered any questions.
