I am so pleased with my hair, which was cut by Lexie. She listened carefully to what I wanted, discussed my options and then checked at every step that I was happy with what she was doing. I felt looked after throughout the appointment, which included a coffee and head massage, and I've already had compliments on my haircut, which was exactly what I hoped for... and well worth the 45 minute drive each way! Thanks Lexie!

As always another fabulous haircut by Anna.I wouldn't go anywhere else.Anna always knows what cut I like and always does a fantastic job.The salon is lovely very clean and tidy.And I love it being in a relaxed atmosphere never being rushed.And I love the hair products the salon uses.All the girls do a fantastic job.And they always make you feel so welcome.Well done Girls your all amazing 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I have been having my nails done by Rebecca for a few months now and, after trying most salons in Chester, I can honestly say this place is the best. The attention to detail and care taken over each nail is impressive. I can’t go anywhere else now as the quality here is amazing!

All the staff are so nice and welcoming and Claire is lovely- very knowledgeable and she really put me at ease during my first visit- this was my second time at the Chester branch with my husband, to collect my first topper. It’s a beautiful shade and style- it looks perfect on me and I’ll feel a lot happier and more confident wearing it! Thank you for being so patient and helpful while I chose another style to try. I wear hijab, so finding a suitable hairdresser was an issue for me. Rebecca immediately made me feel welcome and accommodated me by using a separate room for my haircuts and colouring. Absolutely wonderful service today as usual. I have been coming to Morgan’s for years and always leave feeling glamorous.

Great experience, I had not been for a haircut in three years, so was a little nervous. Everything was clear as to what I wanted but also Deborah explained why I should/should not have something - which was brilliant. So thank you, I’ll be back in the summer (this year)
