Best Salons in Austin

This was my first time here. Vivi did a great job making me feel comfortable. I appreciate her attention to detail and mindfulness of pain when it comes to a Brazilian wax. It was the most comfortable Brazilian wax I have ever had. I also appreciate the evening hours. It makes it easier for me to do that self care without interfering with my work schedule and allows me to avoid the nasty Austin Traffic. I will be coming back as a reoccurring customer. Very satisfied and pleased with the services!

It was my first time not only going to Smooshine, but an Austin hair salon since moving. It was an amazing experience. The environment was beautiful due to the music, the location, and the aesthetic. I booked my hair appointment with Sam, and it went wonderfully. Not only did he deliver the haircut that I wanted, but he helped me understand why my hair was damaged and how to fix it. He offered a solution in the salon and an at home solution. He was very precise with my haircut, and made it a wonderful experience. This is the best haircut I have gotten!

Trust me, Lisa is an awesome stylist, there are none better in Austin. The staff is super friendly, and the salon is a clean and inviting place to relax.

Diana really helped the back and shoulder pain I was in. She listened to what was going on and while you may not love the way it feels in the moment, you’ll love the way you feel after. I had instant relief. I’ll be back for sure!

I loved nood sm! It’s decorated so cute, the vibe is dope. It also smells so good, I love me some essential oils. I was visiting Austin from Dallas and I wish we had a nood over here, it would be my new go to place for sure. Shout out to Vivian! She was cool, calm and collected and helped me feel the same way. It being a woman owned business, makes it that much better :) 10/10 definitely recommend

Lauren is always amazing! I have been coming to her for about 1.5 years (since I moved to the area) and she is always so sweet and friendly! I have been other places in the past where I felt rushed along and uncomfortable BUT that has NEVER been the case at LA SKN!

Alyssa was fantastic. It was my first time receiving a Brazilian wax and she made the experience very comfortable. She made sure to talk me through the experience which I really appreciate.

Adrian is the best hair dresser or barber I’ve ever been to. They are the only person that’s ever cut my hair so that it looks good the day I walk out of their shop; no need to wait a week or two to grow out. We recently moved from Austin to VA, and every time we’re back in town I’m going to go to Adrian for a cut. Do yourself a favor and get a cut by them.
