Greeted with a smile. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The procedure was explained very well and what to expect afterwards, which put me at ease. Facilities very clean & well maintained. I will definitely be booking again & I would highly recommend.

Kirsty was very easy to talk to and made me feel really comfortable. She also explained things really clearly.
