I have booked in with Sam on a monthly basis for the last 6 months or so. I usually have half an hour reflexology and half an hour back massage. I can’t explain how much I crave the sessions for my overall well-being and how relaxed and calm I feel following. Not only does Sam pinpoint exactly the areas that need some attention but she looks at you holistically as a person and listens without judgement. The sessions are like therapy in itself and I cannot recommend Sam enough!!

This was my second visit and it won't be the last. Sam has such a calming yet motivating affect on you . Her treatments are so relaxing yet invigorating which makes you feel amazing both physically and mentally. I've had the Indian Head Massage and Reiki and would definitely recommend Sam and her Sage Therapy services. Thank you! X

Absolutely beautiful experience, the space Sam has created here and the services she offers are incredible. I went for the first time today after having moved to the area, had a back massage, reiki and reflexology and I will for sure become a regular! Denise carried out my facial treatment today it was last facial treatment. compared before and after photos and can really see a difference. skin looks much smoother and not as puffy . would definitely recommend this clinic. all the staff are so friendly and lovely and put you at ease straightaway . will dec return if i need any other treatments doing

I am a regular visitor to Sam and would highly recommend her treatments. My favourites are reflexology and hot stone massage. She is warm and kind and puts you at ease the moment you walk in to the most beautifully calming space. I won’t go anywhere else for treatments.

Always feel the best after a massage with Paris!

Visited Sage therapy on Saturday and experienced a fantastic facial massage, shoulder massage and reiki which left me feeling very relaxed which helped me to sleep like a baby ! Thank you Sam , much appreciated xxx
