Lan was excellent and was able to identify my shoulder pain very quickly and explained to me how the muscles work and what causes my pain. Provided a very thorough sports massage on my shoulder area and gave me advice of what exercises to complete at home in order to strengthen my shoulder. Lan was very compassionate and understanding to my issues brilliant service.

Lan knows what she's doing. Might be sore at the time, but that's what I paid for and the results after are amazing. First place I've been to where I've actually literally finished a session and my aches and pains have dissipated straight away and I've regained range of movement and mobility. Well worth it!

This massage felt very much tailored to my needs. Never experienced anything like it. Would 100% recommend. So many handy tips at the end and didn’t feel pressured to making another appointment to ensure I felt the benefit.
